Short Sale Processing Program: - Your responsability is to resolve all the issues associated with the homewner and the sale of the property.
- Our responsabitlity is to resolve all the issues associated with the banks.
- We highly recommend that you become well educated about short sales. This will greatly lubricate the transaction.
- Transactions are handled according to our protocol.
- Listing agent responsible for fee payment. Banks do not pay processing fees.
- We are selective about the transactions we engage in. We only do transactions with a high chance of success.
Fee Structure
1- $350 Retainer for beginning the short sale. Non-Refundable. 2- $500 payable after closing. 3- Total cost for successful transaction: $850
